Return & Exchange Policy

BLACKFORD all products are crafted for the latest  style, durability and high performance.

BLACKFORD  Offers its customer an 'Easy return policy', wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 8 days of its delivery that fail to meet your expectations. Product should be return in the same condition as

you received it with its original packaging along with its invoice/tags.

We also accept partial returns, you can raise a request for one or all products in your order.

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, we require customers to include an unpackaging video with their
return request. This video helps us verify the condition of the item upon arrival and ensures that all original
packaging and tags are intact. By providing this video, you help us expedite the return process and maintain the quality of our products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:

  • Unused and the same condition as you received it
  • The original packaging.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

  • If the product is returned after eight  days
  • If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging

CLEARANCE SALE

  • Orders placed during our Sale period are not eligible for returns. However, if you have a size issue or receive a defective or damaged product, we will assist you with an exchange, subject to size availability.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@blackfordexports.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return product and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.
